Nefrotik Syndrome is a clinical manifestation of glomerulonestritis (GN)
is characterized by symptoms of edema, proteinuria passive > 3, 5 g/day, a
hipoalbuminemia< 3, 5 g/dl, lipiduria and hiperkolestromia (Nurarif&Kusuma,
2016). Nefrotik's Syndrome sufferers in general hospitals (HOSPITALS) area of
Mamuju Regency Prevalence cases of Nefrotik Syndrome found in mamuju
Regency HOSPITALS in the last 3 years as many as 25 cases of the year 2016
2017 as many as 10 people, as many as 9 people and 2018 as 6 people.
The conclusion of the results of the nursing care that is performed on both
the patients from nursing diagnosis that was made was a patient I have
experienced penuruna edema with protein urine + 2 whereas in patients also
experience decreased edema but protein The urine shows + 4.
